Arnaud François, born in 1978, is a professor of philosophy at the University of Poitiers. He is the author of several books and articles on Bergson, Schopenhauer and Nietzsche, as well as of works on the philosophy of health. He is currently exploring, at the junction between philosophy and literature, the work of Émile Zola. He is, with Ondřej Švec, co-president of the Organisation Francophone pour la Formation et la Recherche Européennes en Sciences humaines (OFFRES), an academic collaboration network in Central and Eastern Europe.
